How to make ;
Hot Hojicha Tea
1. The first thing you heat your water.
2. Put 4 table spoons (10g) tea leaves in teapot.
3. Add boiling water (100℃) to extract the full flavor and
aroma from the roasted leaves.
4. Wait about 30 seconds, while the leaves unravel inside
the teapot.5. Serve and Enjoy!
Cold Hojicha Tea
1. Fill a jug with 1000ml of cold water.
2. Put 3 table spoons (15g) tea leaves in water.
3. Place in the fridge for 60 minutes to cool.
4. Stir well and remove tea leaves before drinking.
Store the cold hojicha you have made in the fridge and drink it as soon as possible.
